Robert Minervini joined Alpine Painting as Welding Specialist Sales and Estimator with over 34 years of professional experience in the welding and metal fabrication industry. In his role, Robert is responsible for developing and driving the growth of Alpine’s welding department. His responsibilities include prospecting new welding projects, building client and subcontractor relationships, estimating welding projects, and supporting Alpine’s fabrication shop. Additionally, he identifies opportunities for Alpine to expand into new industries.

Raised in a family-owned metal shop, Robert was immersed in the art of welding, blacksmithing, and fabrication from a young age. For two decades, he owned and operated a successful welding and design fabrication business, where he specialized in turning creative visions into reality. His notable projects include creating custom steel archways for the Papermill Playhouse in Short Hills, NJ, and working with the Port Authority on conceptual designs for retail storefronts at Newark, JFK, and LaGuardia airports.

A natural artist and creative thinker, Robert brings a unique perspective to his work, often finding innovative solutions to challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time embracing his artistic passions and drawing inspiration from the world around him.
