Sidra E. Bortner is a seasoned People & Culture Administrator at Alpine Painting. With an impressive 18-year background in HR within the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, Sidra brings a wealth of expertise to her position.

In her current role, Sidra is responsible for sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and the internet. She also assists with internal hiring efforts, conducts interviews, and manages background checks. Additionally, Sidra actively participates in job fairs and conducts company assessments.

Sidra's role is crucial in promoting a supportive culture within the company and delivering a top-notch onboarding experience for new hires. Her strong recruitment and hiring strategies contribute to Alpine Painting's growth, while her commitment to professional development ensures the continued growth of office employees.

With a remarkable achievement of receiving an Army medal for her exceptional meritorious service during her tour in Iraq, Sidra demonstrated her accuracy and timeliness in casualty reporting. Her prior experience in HR through the Army enables her to effectively manage personnel records, evaluate performance, and implement various HR programs.

Outside of work, Sidra enjoys spending quality time with her family and engaging in activities like jogging and hiking adventures.
