With a wealth of experience spanning over 9 years, Ron M. Vasilik brings a deep understanding of the technical and customer-facing aspects of industrial painting to his role as an Industrial Sales and Estimating professional at Alpine Painting. After spending 8 years in the field as a blaster, painter, and on-site quality control specialist, Ron has spent the last year leveraging his hands-on expertise to estimate projects and ensure client satisfaction accurately.

In his current position, Ron is responsible for meeting customers to understand their expectations and needs, crafting detailed proposals, and educating clients to enable informed decision-making. His ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency directly contributes to Alpine's growth and success.

A standout achievement in Ron's career is his successful peer review to become a Senior Certified Coatings Inspector (CIP 3), which has further solidified his commitment to quality work and the prevention of costly maintenance issues for clients. His field experience gives him a unique perspective on production rates, quality control, and the challenges that can arise during projects.

Ron is motivated by a drive for continuous improvement and is known for his analytical approach to problem-solving. Outside work, he enjoys anything with an engine and cherishes time spent with his family.
