Alpine’s Welders are rebuilding NJ & NY’s infrastructure by repairing tanks, bridges, and other complex commercial & industrial structures. At Alpine Painting, we offer certified, custom welding and fabrication repair solutions to meet all commercial and industrial needs. Our commitment to quality and customer service is built by adopting the latest welding fabrication technology into our everyday practices via our full in-house fabrication shop and mobile-field welding.
Welding Methods
Welding is nearly unlimited, and with our skilled team, we are able to meet several different industry standards. To do this, we utilize three welding methods:
STICK Welding: Also known as shielded metal arc welding, manual metal arc welding, or flux shielded arc welding is a manual arc welding process that uses a consumable electrode covered with a flux to lay the weld.
STUD Welding: This process involves placing the stud (with a hand tool called the Stud Gun) in contact with the base metal, a welding arc is then drawn which melts the welding stud base and an area of the metal workpiece for metal fastening. The welding stud is then forced into the melted area and held in place until the metals re-solidify. This high-quality fusion arc weld is completed in milliseconds.
FLUX Cored Arc Welding: Also known as FCAW is a semi-automatic or automatic arc welding process that requires a continuously-fed consumable tubular electrode containing a flux and a constant-voltage or, less commonly, a constant-current welding power supply. This welding process is commonly used with our construction clients because of its high welding speed and portability for field applications.
Aluminum Arc Welding: Our skilled welders are experienced in working with aluminum, a lightweight and versatile material widely used in various industries. Using advanced techniques and equipment, we ensure precise and durable welds on aluminum structures, components, and equipment. Whether it's repairing tanks, bridges, or other complex structures, our Aluminum Arc Welding service delivers exceptional results.
Stainless Steel Arc Welding: Stainless steel is known for its durability, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic appeal. Our team of expert welders specializes in Stainless Steel Arc Welding, delivering high-quality welds on stainless steel structures and components. From commercial to industrial applications, we handle projects of all sizes with the utmost precision and craftsmanship.
