Our multiple spray booths enable us to apply industrial coating systems to protect your equipment for 10-20 years. Our spray booths are outfitted with down draft ventilation and radiant heat to assist in the paint curing process. Bring in your old beat up construction equipment and we can make it look brand new and paint it to your company colors.

Field Sandblasting and Painting

Alpine employs specialized teams trained to sandblast and paint large industrial structures in the field. Our crews have painted thousands structures, such as, tanks, bridges, and structural steel towers. Whether power tool cleaning, sandblasting, ultra high pressure washing (UHP) or hand tool scraping, Alpine’s men will provide the correct surface preparation to ensure proper adhesion for our industrial paint systems.

Alpine Painting and Sandblasting Contractors has experience throughout the Tri-State, New Jersey, and New York Metropolitan area in sandblasting and painting oil tanks, manufacturing facilities, petrochemical facilities, power plants, wastewater treatment facilities, warehouses, and distribution centers.

Our shop and field sandblasting crews play an integral part in preserving the life of your industrial equipment. By sandblasting the steel surfaces on a tank or bridge it removes the coating down to the bare steel and brings the steel back to its pre-corrosive form. Our industrial painters and sandblasters have knowledge and experience to handle any type problem that you may encounter. We have been successful because of our ability to meet deadlines and stick to our client’s budget while always striving to maximize the useful life of the surface we are working on.
