SHOP WORK
Although most of the structural components are made from low or no-maintenance materials; the equipment, casings, fastenings, cable trays and associated hardware requires proper preparation and surface coating, to match the structure on which they are being installed.
Alpine coats many cellular related installations from cell tower mounted equipment such as antennas to the hardware found on building facades, tanks, monopoles and billboards. We have a shop facility that is capable of laying out thousands of communication equipment components and preparing and painting them before they are installed on cell towers and other structures..
FIELD WORK
This aspect of our business may sound a bit scary to the average person, but with Alpine’s experienced and highly trained field employees this is a routine task. Our safety program, liability coverage, OSHA guidelines and environmental procedures assure that the project is completed on time with minimum risk.
After we coat your expensive and sensitive equipment in our shop it’s installed in the field and our painters provide on-site painting to match the structure there are attached to. Alpine will work with tower owners, cellular contractors and carriers to assure this expensive equipment is protected and the field paint performs as expected.
