 Safety Programs and Training

No Margin for Error

When it comes to safety Alpine Painting and Sandblasting Contractors is a recognized leader. With over 45 years of experience serving the Tri-State Area, Alpine has acquired the safety certificates, qualifications, and highly trained personnel to be among the safest painting contractors in our region. Our company has created a robust program that has become the model for safety training in our industry.

During a typical training cycle new employees gain knowledge in the classroom, while also benefiting from hands-on experience in our active state-of-the-art facility. Upon successful completion these new employees receive an OSHA 10 hour training certificate while our foremen strive for OSHA 30.

Our workers are trained on topics such as fall protection, ladder safety, respirator training, scaffold inspection and use, confined space, to hand/power tool safety and hazardous communication. We go to such great lengths training our workers because our average employee retention rate is over ten years.

Alpine continues to raise the bar on safety standards in our business. For the last four consecutive years Alpine has won the PDCA National Safety Award, a highly coveted honor in the industry. We know it only takes one incident to ruin a reputation that took years to establish.

If safety is your first concern, but you also need responsiveness and high value pricing, choose Alpine Painting. Contact us now to meet a knowledgeable painting professional you can count on.
