The Value of Safety Training at Alpine Painting & Sandblasting

Here at Alpine, we believe the value in time spent dedicated to safety and technical training for our employees and subcontractors means our clients receive top-quality work results at the safest level possible.

Here is just a brief look at the training standards we pride ourselves on to ensure our employees and clients are always well served and protected:

Safety Training
Safety is a belief instilled in everything we do at Alpine from the start of a project to the very end. It’s something our team is trained to evaluate every day, on each job, to protect our employees and clients.

Through a systematic approach, we ensure every precaution is taken to eliminate hazards and reduce injury. Our employees and clients consistently thank Alpine for caring about their well-being and we believe it’s why we receive awards for excellence in safety year after year.

Technical Training
Technical training is the lifeblood of what we do at Alpine. Our top-notch in-house safety and technical training program turn inexperienced employees into skilled craftsmen through both hands-on and classroom training that covers safety, quality control, equipment repair and maintenance, and more. Additionally, all our field employees have a minimum of 10 hours of OSHA training.

Subcontractors and Foremen
We don’t stop at training with our own in-house team. We proudly offer free training opportunities to our subcontractors, their foremen, and employees as well. We require that they take at least 8 hours of safety and customer service training with us per year.

We believe our loyal employee and customer base are due in large part to the high level of service, quality, and training standards we have in place at Alpine. It’s also why we have become a trusted name in the business with certifications from both industry and government organizations including NACE, EPA, PCA, SSPC & AAMP for coating methods, lead abatement, VOC controls, sandblasting and waterproofing, and more.
