How to Help Your Community This Holiday Season

Our local community is a big part of what we do here at Alpine. One of the important values our company was founded on is giving back to our community, whether through project work in our field of expertise, helping those in need or simply sharing warmth and kindness.

If you’re looking for a local organization to support this holiday season, here are 3 that are near and dear to our Alpine family’s heart and more on how you can get involved:

St. Joseph’s Children’s

Every child should experience the magic of the holiday season, regardless of where they are. Each year, our team collects gifts to donate to children battling cancer at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Paterson, NJ. If you would like to donate, please send or drop off items to our headquarters at:

Alpine Painting & Sandblasting Contractors

17 Florida Avenue

Paterson, NJ 07503

A suggested list of items to donate can be found on our website here.

Community Outreach Services, Inc.

Since 2012, our team has worked with Community Outreach Services, Inc., a local non-profit, to provide food, clothing and donations to help families in need. The following items can be dropped off at our offices (17 Florida Avenue, Paterson, NJ 07503) for donation:

  • New or used clothing
  • Non-perishable food items or canned goods
  • Jackets
  • Shoes
  • Blankets

You can also provide a monetary donation via PayPal through the link in our website.

Child Care Facilities Improvement Program

Alpine is proud to be part of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority’s Child Care Facilities Improvement Program as a registered public works contractor.

This program offers grants to local child care providers to aid with interior and exterior facility improvements to enhance learning environments for our child and youth populations.

You can spread the word to your local child care centers licensed by the NJ Department of Children and families that they may now apply for help with project costs between $50,000 and $200,000.

Visit our website to learn more about our year round community service efforts and how to work with our expert team.
