One of our prominent customers in 2013 was ProLogis, the world’s largest owner, operator, and developer of industrial real estate.
The services we provided for ProLogis included cleaning, preparing, priming, and painting the exterior of their warehouse and distribution facility. Cleaning and preparing each warehouse involved power-washing to remove dirt, dust, mold, and mildew and grinding and scraping all loose rust and paint to provide an even surface to be recoated. Surfaces included previously painted concrete tilt-up walls, man and overhead doors, front entrance soffits, gas pipes-utility equipment, lift gates-dock levelers, and building fire department connections. All of the warehouses in Cranbury, NJ were waterproofed by removing the existing vertical expansion joints and applying a high performance polyurethane sealant. Failing caulk joints are one of the most likely areas where water will migrate into your building. On select warehouses, an elastomeric waterproof coating is applied to the exterior concrete tilt-up perimeter walls to assist with sealing the building.
