College and University Commercial Painting and Renovations

College and university painting projects are more unique than the average paint job. We realize that painting schools and colleges follow a different schedule than most painting projects. Most of the painting needs are satisfied on weekends, holidays, and during the summer months. Alpine can handle the time crunch that is often needed to get large painting and renovation projects done before students return to class.

Whether it’s the exterior painting or waterproofing of your dormitory, library, student union, stadium, or alumni center Alpine has the equipment, knowledge and manpower to complete your painting project and get it done right the first time. Our skilled commercial painting contractors have worked on interior painting projects for colleges including painting large auditoriums, hundreds of classrooms, common areas, hallways, dining halls, clean rooms and labs, lecture halls, and massive gymnasiums for several of the biggest campuses in the Tri State Area.

Alpine Painting and Sandblasting Contractors have bid and completed work for some of the largest public and private colleges in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Some of the universities include Rutgers University, College of New Jersey, William Paterson University, Jersey City University, Princeton, Rider, Rowan, Kean, East Stroudsburg, NYU, Fordham, Farleigh Dickinson, Montclair State University, and numerous community colleges throughout NJ, NY, CT, and PA.

Our fully trained commercial painters and restoration specialists have experience in following college procedures and will always respect the privacy of the campus. We will cover all surrounding areas like computer, labs, desks, blackboards, and chairs to insure that everything is protected. Our painters use low odor green paint, such as Sherwin Williams Harmony Interior Latex, so your staff and students do not get sick during your next commercial painting project.

Colleges have their own set of safety protocols that must be followed to the letter of the law. EPA’s new RRP lead rule stipulates that all universities built before 1978 must have a certified RRP contractor to prepare and paint more than six square feet of the interior of your building and twenty square feet of the exterior building. Alpine Painting is licensed, bonded, and insured for even your biggest painting and renovation jobs. We also follow our own procedures to help promote a green environment and strive to inconvenience the college as little as possible.

Our polite painting crews take great pride in their craft and enhancing the ambiance at schools. It is no coincidence that we are the first choice for school administrators and facility or maintenance managers.

Every school and college building has its own unique floor plan and layout. Alpine’s commercial painters have experience working in confined spaces, on high work and scaffolding, and everywhere in between. Alpine takes every measure to make sure that all of the school equipment is kept clean and covered throughout the life of the painting project. Our crew also will cleanup after the job is complete so there is as little inconvenience as possible.

Alpine will help turn back the clock and make your school or college look like new. For hassle free painting and renovations done by experienced and eager professionals call Alpine for all of your painting and construction needs.
