What It Means To Be Part of the Alpine Family

Family isn’t just the one you’re born into. Through the years friends, neighbors and even co-workers can morph into extended family based on shared values and teamwork, something that is commonplace at Alpine Painting. From our president and directors to our managers and coordinators, everyone at Alpine Painting is an essential part of the team. Our approach within the company is systematic – everyone is needed to fulfill our goals and objectives. Companies of all sizes have been seriously challenged this past year and we know we couldn’t have made it without our team; without our family.

Our company highly values camaraderie because we firmly believe that people work best when focused on a common goal. And for us, that’s making sure we provide the best painting and sandblasting to small businesses and homes in the tristate area.

As a family-founded establishment, we ensure that all our staff, including office workers, seasonal interns, and of course, field workers, are well aware of their true value to us. Annual events that include barbecues, games, delicious food and team-building activities have brought us closer together through the years. This sentiment also carries over to the customers and communities we serve. Each year, the Alpine Family holds a food drive to collect non perishable food items to support families in need during Thanksgiving.

Here at Alpine Painting, we understand the importance of optimizing efficiency and outputs through workflow cohesion, but we also appreciate how our existing company culture of love, family, and friendships makes doing the work worthwhile. And we believe that these principles are also why we have so many dedicated customers who have grown to be part of our extended family.
