Take a Peek Inside a Painting Contractor’s Office

Want to inspire your employees? Put them in an inspiring space. Dungy, old work spaces can have a huge impact on how your company performs. Find the purpose of your business and have it spring off your walls and resonate in your employees’ work. Eggshell white walls just don’t cut it like they used to.

Be practical. Here at Alpine, our company colors are red, white and black. Yes, these colors stand out in a directory ad, but safety-red walls may be just a bit intimidating for people around them. Find colors that are tolerable to work around. We’re not saying your logo is off limits. There are subtle ways to bring in your company colors without overdoing it. Take a look at creative ways Alpine has brought company colors to our office.

Create a theme. Whether colors, designs or art, find a way to tie your entire office together. The way you look at your marketing material is the same way you should look at your office. Keep it consistant. Know that it’s your office by just looking at a room. Here at Alpine we used common colors, wall designs, art, and canvas photos of our projects in every room to keep a theme throughout the office.

Be bold. A pop of color can pop an idea into your head. Don’t be afraid to use a colorful piece of art or an accent wall to dapper up your space. Plain walls are boring. Art can inspire your employees and/or function on a therapeutic level for them. Find ideas that represent who you are. At Alpine we created art out of paint chips. Paint chips help us do what we love, why not create something remarkable out of them?

Be innovative. There is nothing more state-of-the-art or inspiring than a unique design in the office. Whether making homemade dry-erase boards with special dry-erase paint, turning a wall into a mural of one of your jobs or hanging paint cans from the ceiling, find ideas that will spark creativity in your workplace.

Having trouble starting? Call your local paint contractor today and talk to them about bringing life to your office. Paint stenciling, wallcovering, and/or creating multi-purpose walls are not something you want to try yourself. With professionalism comes a professional space.

Do your employees and yourself a favor, spruce up your space!
