Strengthen Your Construction Company Brand While Extending Your Equipment’s Lifespan

A construction company’s brand is often impacted by the conditions of its equipment as it is a large part of what customers see. Just like military vessels, your construction equipment needs to be clean, uniform, and represent your brand through visible colors and proper logo placement.

Over time, dirt and rust can stain your equipment’s metal surfaces and take away the original luster it once had. Even though a piece of equipment can still perform quality work, customers will perceive dirty or rusty machinery as less efficient. If your vehicles, trailers, and heavy construction equipment appear heavily abused, you are essentially telling your customers you do not value professionalism and they are better off going elsewhere.

It is expected that heavy construction equipment will wear down with continuous use, especially during peak seasons. We advise that you take advantage of the winter off season to restore your equipment.

Why Outsourcing to Alpine Is Best

Alpine Painting and Sandblasting can make any equipment look like new again. Our facility has a fully enclosed blast barn and two large industrial spray booths that can take care of nearly any job. This includes large dump trucks, front loaders, drill rigs, compressors, tanks, structural steel, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and more.

Our shop has a variety of sandblasting abrasives which can remove years of rust and old paint from machinery. When corrosion occurs on the surface of your equipment, the rust can actually deteriorate the steel. Sandblasting will remove the paint and existing rust down to the bare steel. Once that prep work is finished, our team can then apply the appropriate coatings.

The type of paint that is most commonly used for construction machines is a high build epoxy/urethane paint system. These coatings adhere well to steel surfaces and are designed to be durable in industrial exposures as well as outdoor weather conditions such as sunlight and rain. The high solids content ensures adequate protection of sharp edges, corners and welds.

As an added bonus, we have an in-house welder that ensures paint isn’t the only thing holding your machine together. Our professional welders will help inspect your equipment and bring any concerns to your attention prior to it being painted.

Count on Alpine to Bring It All Together

When selecting a color to paint your equipment, we advise our customers to use their company colors. If you give us a color number, we can match it exactly. This way, your heavy machinery can reflect your company image and bring consistency to your brand.

Concerned about pricing? We can offer an estimate either when you bring in your equipment or after sending us pictures, dimensions, quantities and as many details as possible to ensure an accurate quote. Our shop project manager has years of experience and can proudly examine your equipment’s surface condition and recommend the right solution for you.

Let the professionals here at Alpine Painting give you a restoration price package today and make your construction equipment look like new again.
