Workers’ Memorial Day is observed every year on April 28. It is a day to recognize workers who have died or are exposed to hazards on the job and to honor the families who have suffered consequentially. Alpine would like to recognize this day and remember those workers who are being honored. We are grateful enough to say that we have never lost an employee on a job and we mourn with those who have. We view this day as a reminder to stay committed to the fight for safe and healthful workplaces for all workers, including our own.
Alpine knows the risks our workers take day-in and day-out on the job. This is why we do everything in our power to minimize this risk with state-of-the-art safety equipment, daily safety meetings, annual in-house safety training, and constant renewal of safety certifications for all of our employees. Safety is not just a term we keep in mind, but an integrated part of our system. It is evaluated each day, on every job, to prevent injuries or death to our valued workforce. We will forever stay committed to our safety program because to us there is nothing more important than having our workers go home safe to their families at the end of each day.
