Slurry blasting, also known as wet blasting, liquid abrasive blasting, or wet etching, is a process in which water is mixed with the abrasive for the blasting procedure. The water used in the process allows for a cushioning effect that is not present in most blasting techniques. This allows for deep cleaning with very little risk of damage, warping, or surface contamination, even on uneven or irregular surfaces.
