Project Management, Site Supervision & Quality Control

We have the best Site Specific Project Managers in the business.

Alpine Painting has built a reputation for impeccable service and exceptional results. Those who have worked with us know that safety – along with completing projects on time, on budget, and with no surprises – is our highest priority. We can manage these mandatories seamlessly because of our expertise in project management, site supervision, and quality control.

We ensure flawless communication between our workers and our customers to exceed expectations. Our foremen speak fluent English and can systematically provide clients with job status updates. We utilize full-time site supervisors to manage our crews and ensure that each one of our projects is completed on time and according to written specifications. As a project unfolds, our project managers are always available to offer service management solutions if there is a need to address a customer’s concern.

Project Management, Site Supervision & Quality Control

From our years of experience, Alpine has developed extensive operational systems for project management. Our on-staff engineering resources can address almost any field-related problem. Each foreperson is regularly trained on our detailed safety program to ensure they are well-versed in job-specific project safety guidelines and understand the requirements necessary to reach our customers’ goals. We evaluate our workers in three primary areas: worker and site safety, quality control, and customer communication.

Before starting any project, we conduct a pre-construction walkthrough with the assigned team. At this time, everyone becomes familiar with the job specifications and site-specific hazards. Our project managers fill out job expectations and a hazard communication checklist to ensure the crew is ready at the start of the project. A daily report evaluates progress throughout a project to ensure we meet budget, timeframes, and customer expectations.

After the job, Alpine organizes a job close-out package complete with a paint area/color form for the customer’s records. We also ask our customers to complete a survey to gauge client satisfaction and extract any learnings for future projects.

We know that we are only as good as our last job. Our goal is to create a long-lasting relationship with our customers by becoming their preferred painting contractor. Contact Alpine today to learn about our project management system and how to apply it to your next project.
