SHOP SANDBLASTING

Alpine Painting runs a large, fully enclosed blasting operation adjacent to our Paterson, NJ headquarters. This facility is equipped with dust collection apparatus and abrasive recycling equipment allowing the use of most types of blast media, including Reade Mineral’s black beauty (coal slag), crushed glass, DuPont’s Starblast.

After your equipment is sandblasted our industrial shop painters can apply a high performance paint system that will last for years to come and make your surfaces look brand new again.

Our blasting operation is manned every business day from 7 AM to 3:30 PM for the blasting, surface preparation and painting of almost any size portable equipment.

FIELD SANDBLASTING

Alpine Painting is highly skilled in abrasive blast cleaning and the related application of general and specialty coatings. We are licensed by the State of New Jersey to perform lead abatement in commercial buildings, and on industrial superstructures. In addition, our confined space training and certification provides our customers with a one-stop, full-service resource for all types of surface cleaning and preparation.

A long list of qualifications highlighting: OSHA safety standards, employee training, various certifications, and environmental safeguards are there for your protection. Our industrial painters are certified to construct scaffolding & containment systems and operate our dust collection equipment to prevent blast emissions from escaping the site.
