Last year, pranksters led by Dutch performance artist Iepe B.T. Rubingh rode their bicycles into a crowded intersection in Berlin and unloaded over 132 gallons of brightly-colored paint onto the street, effectively turning passing cars, buses and bikes into unwitting paintbrushes.
