Sept. 20th and 21st Members of the North Jersey PDCA assisted with Painting the Rescue Mission of Trenton to kick off the start of the Color Care Across America Program. Last year, pranksters led by Dutch performance artist Iepe B.T. Rubingh rode their bicycles into a crowded intersection in Berlin and unloaded over 132 gallons of brightly-colored paint onto the street, effectively turning passing cars, buses and bikes into unwitting paintbrushes.
