About one month ago, Alpine Painting posted a blog that showcased our hard-working and motivated staff. As a company that values teamwork, honesty, and diligence there is a reason why our employees have been around for so long – we value the concept of fellowship.
Alpine Painting values camaraderie because we firmly believe that each all individuals work best when they are surrounded by those who work well with them and strive to reach a goal together.
Because we are a family-founded establishment, we ensure to promote the idea of companionship to our office workers, seasonal interns, and of course, our field workers. It’s ultimately why we extend the idea of solidarity to our customers as well.
Every year, Alpine Painting holds numerous events to promote the idea of our company being an integrated unit – a family. During the summer, our company holds a barbecue, where each one of our employees and their families come together, enjoy the sun, eat delicious food, and have a blast. Here at Alpine Painting, we know that in order for our company to optimize its efficiency and output, everyone needs to work together in a quick and sound manner, but above that we want to ensure that our existing company culture of love, family, and friendships makes doing the work worthwhile.
But Alpine Painting’s belief in camaraderie and companionship does not end there. Each year, our company also holds a food drive in order to collect nonperishable food items in order to support families in need during Thanksgiving. We want to give back to the community and help those in need. As a family-owned business, we acknowledge the importance of amiability and warmth with one another.
Lastly, we understand that there is no “I” in team. Whenever our company wins an award, we make sure to acknowledge the entire team and support each other. Whether it is a government safety award, individual award, or an award from an affiliate, Alpine Painting’s workers make sure to support each other through what it may be.
